Information provided should clearly demonstrate how the entry fulfils the category criteria.

If you require additional space, feel free to provide your comments on an attached document, clearly marked "Claims Form".

Additional Materials such as - Media Releases, Press Clippings, DVD's can be included.

Product Owner must consent to the entry being submitted, having confirmed all details.

Please make sure to back up statements with facts.

If an imported component is included then its use must be justified.

Definitions

Product

The contents of the package - food, beverage, etc.

Package Component Manufacturer

The company supplying the particular component of the package, eg: bottle, label, cap etc.

Package

All those diverse components when assembled and filled with product comprise the entry, eg: a wine bottle label, cork, wine and capsule.
